Shell Cambridge Scholar and Mechanical Scientist; rose to senior positions in Shell International responsible for all aspects of Projects Management. Then Mobil Construction Manager for the World's first Condeep Gravity Platform in the North Sea. Then Founder of Maris companies in 1977 and CDL in 1999. Inventor of several offshore and subsea technology patents. Director of the CCS Joint Industry Project from concept to commerciality; he is now, ready to initiate JIPs for Continuous Drilling and Seabed Located Drilling. In 2010, he obtained for the credit of NOV (National Oilwell Varco), the top World Drilling Innovation Award at ONS Conference in Stavanger and the top Drilling Innovation Nomination at ADIPEC Conference in Abu Dhabi.

Robert Harvie - Chartered Accountant (financial and general management)
Over 40 years of experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry. For many years was Offshore Services and Business Development Director of Land & Marine Engineering Ltd. Became a Director of Maris International Limited in 2000, and as such, was responsible for administration and financial matters, including the first JIP sponsored by the Industry Technical Facilitator (ITF). In 2001, negotiated the Licence Agreement for the Continuous Circulation CCS and has been responsible for administration of the Royalties and the Patents since then for CDL and Maris.

Anna Lexius – Graduated in Sweden - Specialised
in PR & Marketing.
Stayed in 55 Countries; Resided in 9 Countries. Speaks fluent Swedish, English, French and German; Ambassadorial and Diplomatic services in Thailand and the Emirates. Involved in promoting many successful international business ventures. Responsible for accessing the first CCS JIP investor from USA in 1999 and, in the last 5 years, for managing the CCS PR and promotion at Conferences and Exhibitions (Houston OTC, Stavanger ONS, Ravenna OMC, Abu Dhabi ADIPEC). Now responsible for setting up new Joint Industry Projects for Maris and/or CDL, for Continuous Drilling, Land and Seabed Rigs, Fish Ranching, Seabed Power & Mining.

Specialised in Business; at the American Business School, France & Lynn University, USA; American, French, & Swedish Nationality; speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. MD of CDS INVEST, accessing risk capital for industrial projects; Market studies and Financial planning; Creation of alliances; Establishing global strategy; Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution. MD of Instazorb Europe S.C.A, Paris; Developed innovative Industrial Absorbent, marketed throughout France, Spain and the U.K. Founded CMK s.a., Brussels, Belgium, to manufacture the Absorbent, including recruiting and training over 160 sales staff (Clients include Air France, Total, ENI, Tesco, Michelin, Shell, BA.) In 1999 accessed start-up capital for Maris International to fund the CCS JIP and became active in advising Maris on CCS, Continuous Drilling and Seabed Rig Marketing Strategy.

Designer - Oil and gas processes design
General structural design for 36 years. For:  Kvaerner, Statoil, ConocoPhillips, KBR, AMEC, Aker Maritime, J P Kenny, John Brown, Saipem, Maris International, Mustang, and Worley Parsons.  Specialised in the study and detail design of most offshore structures, including top sides, jackets, subsea, pipelines, drilling and FPSO.  Very specialised in graphics and animation; responsible for the Continuous Circulation animations and presentations of the new automated land and seabed rigs for Maris and CDL.

James Jenner James Jenner - MIMechE, FEI, Chartered Petroleum Engineer, SPE
Professional engineer with over forty years of international experience in oil and gas, exploration and production drilling operations: Over twenty five years with BP; and twenty years as an independent consultant. Management of drilling operations and drilling engineering, both on and offshore, in the North Sea, Middle East and North Africa. (Includes multi-rig operations in Iran and offshore Abu Dhabi). Design, development and testing of new drilling technology. Preparation and presentation of technical papers to SPE conferences. Participation in well fire and well control survey following liberation of Kuwait in 1991. Senior Drilling Advisor to the Maris CCS Joint Industry Project, since 1999. Operations advisor to UK company drilling exploration/appraisal wells offshore the Falkland Islands

David Hitchin – BSc CEng - Offshore Oil Industry
Offshore and Subsea Technology Projects Management.  Wide range of offshore marine projects since 1970, ranging from management and project engineering for the design and construction of large North Sea platforms to subsea manifolds and pipelines, and developing specialist equipment for drilling and underwater operations.. Britoil Representative in Norway during the hook-up of Statfjord A and installation of Statfjord C.  Conoco Lead Engineer on Heidrun, responsible for the design and fabrication of the subsea water injection manifolds. He was the Maris Engineering Manager for the Continuous Circulation System, which became the Varco CCS.  Representing the JIP Partners at Varco and drill sites where the prototype was being tested.  Currently involved in transfer technology to wave energy and wind power projects and advice to Maris International on CC Technology Development.

Sea time with British & Commonwealth Shipping, Cunard Line, Shaw Saville Line; Offshore support operations with Interseawork, Ocean Marine Services, Zapata Gulf Marine Services; Much time spent supporting Ship to Ship transfer operations for Kuwait Oil Tanker Company, and numerous special vessel projects for both UK Royal & US Navies. Joined Blue Star Ship Management/Star Offshore Services, (now Secor Smit) on operations & business management; specialising in Offshore Support Vessels for the international Offshore industry, Marine Manager for Gulf Agency Company, Area Manager Middle East for Seabulk Offshore International Inc. Marine Operations Director for Offshore Marine Energy Management Limited, on world-wide assignments, including support to Maris International on Offshore Projects Management for the last 15 years.
